General Information
Our office is open Monday-Friday from 9.30am to 3.00pm. We are not open weekends or Public Holidays.
Orders can be placed by telephone, facsimile, mail or by our website. We request that correct details of the recipient be provided. Inaccuracy of such information may result in delivery delays. We do not accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if this occurs.

Direct Deposit

You may pay for your order via Direct Deposit (sometimes also called EFT or Electronic Funds Transfer). During the ordering process, simply select Direct Deposit as your payment option. You will be contacted and provided with the relevant bank details and reference code to use when making payment. You can then make your Direct Deposit payment via Internet Banking or at your local bank, credit union or building society.
NOTE: Orders will be dispatched upon confirmation of payment, which may take up to 72 hours. Your order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 5 working days.
Money orders, Personal Cheques & Bank cheques

Please note: The order will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared.
You may pay for your order via an Australia Post Money Order, Personal Cheque or Bank Cheque, however, this option is not available through our online shopping cart. If you would like to make a payment using this method, please print out the order form above, and send us the completed form via fax or mail and forward your Money order/Cheque to:

NOTE: Orders made via Australia Post Money Order and Bank Cheque may take up to 5 working days for processing. Your order will not be dispatched
until this time. Your order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 5 working days. If you require a quick turnaround time for delivery,
we recommend you pay via Credit Card or Direct Deposit.
Delivery Information
We will make every effort to deliver your goods to any destination. Postage or courier rates will apply and depending on the location, may take several days for delivery. Please contact us if you would like to know the cost and approximate days delivery may take.
Whilst we endeavor to deliver your goods by the allocated times, there may be instances beyond our control. We will do our utmost to ensure that this does not occur, however to not accept responsibility for late deliveries.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Whittings if the goods do not arrive. We will lodge an enquiry with the relevant company to ensure delivery will occur as soon as possible.
